Welcome to Raise AI (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”)! By using our web-based services, desktop software, or API integrations (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to comply with these Terms of Use (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

You can review our Privacy Policy which also governs your use of the Service, detailing how we collect, safeguard, and use your data.

Raise AI offers both a free version of the Service and paid subscription plans billed on a monthly basis (“Subscription(s)”).

• Billing and Renewals: Subscriptions are billed in advance and automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle under the same terms unless canceled.
• Payment Information: Accurate payment information, including a valid credit card, must be provided.
• Non-Refundable Policy: Paid subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

You agree to not use the Service for:

• Any unlawful activity or in violation of applicable laws and regulations.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise tampering with the Service.
• Spamming, sending unsolicited communications, or distributing malware.
• Impersonating others, including Raise AI employees.
• Accessing non-API parts of the Service using automated tools like bots or scrapers.

Raise AI may suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these restrictions.

To access the Service, you must create an account. By creating an account, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years old.
• Provide accurate, up-to-date information.
• Are responsible for maintaining your account’s security.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violations, including providing false or incomplete information or unauthorized access.

The Service, including its software, design, and original content, is the intellectual property of Raise AI and is protected under applicable laws.

• AI-Generated Data: Raise AI does not claim ownership of any data or content generated using our AI-powered tools. You retain ownership of such content.
• You may not use Raise AI’s trademarks or branding without prior written permission.

By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy, including:

• Analytics to improve the Service.
• Customer data provided by you.
• Integration with third-party services like Recall.

The Service may include integrations with third-party vendors (e.g., Recall). Raise AI is not responsible for the functionality, data policies, or actions of third-party services. You acknowledge that use of these services may be subject to their own terms.

Raise AI reserves the right to:

• Modify or discontinue any part of the Service with notice provided via email.
• Adjust subscription fees at the end of a billing cycle. Users will be notified of any fee changes in advance and may cancel before the new fees apply.

Raise AI may suspend or terminate your account at any time for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms.
• Non-payment of fees.

Upon termination, access to the Service and any associated data will be revoked. Some provisions, such as intellectual property and limitation of liability, will survive termination.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Raise AI does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service or that the Service will meet your specific needs. Raise AI disclaims all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Raise AI and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Service during the 12 months prior to the claim.

By creating an account, you consent to receive communications from Raise AI, including marketing emails. You may opt-out at any time by contacting sandra.galik@getraise.ai.‍
